Why Koln3D:
Using the cutting-edge 3D printing technologies and medical industry experience of Koln 3D, we were able to conduct the R&D and manufacture of the novel extra protective face shield to meet the requirements of frontline medical professionals. We applied our leading 3D printing technologies in the whole R&D period. 3D plastic printing was used for the fast prototyping of our novel designs. 3D metallic printing was applied to manufacture the mold and conformal cooling channels for mass production. The 3D conformal cooling channels could significantly increase the manufacture speed and enhance the quality of product.
